Wise Employment are recruiting for a full-time Customer Services Agent for a well established company located within Plymouth.

Main responsibilities include:

* Communicating with customers via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions to answer queries and resolve problems
* Identifying customer needs and using initiative to provide solutions
* Recording and entering customer details on the database
* Prioritising case loads to ensure all incidents are dealt with and following up with updates at regular intervals
* Liaising with colleagues and the Customer Services Manager to resolve issues when a solution is unclear
* Ensuring all technical and call handling targets are met

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous Customer Service experience
* Call handling and conflict resolution abilities
* Basic IT literacy, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication skills
* Flexible attitude to shift patterns
