We are now seeking to recruit a talented and resourceful Electronic Security Service Engineer to join the team at our Romford branch, and we can consider applicants living in any area within North East, North West and Central London.

Successful candidates will be proficient across multiple electronic security disciplines (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm), possess experience working within Service, Fault Finding and Small Works Installation, and be an efficient and effective communicator. A strong working knowledge of Cathexis (CCTV) is essential. You will also need to be well organised, committed to providing excellent customer service, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities will include attending sites to undertake the maintenance of electronic security systems and carrying out necessary fault finding, meeting predefined targets for periodic inspections, liaising effectively with the service desk regarding customer issues and ensuring that all paperwork/ electronic reporting to the service desk is carried out accurately and promptly.
