Permanent Onboarding Manager job based in Manchester City Centre paying up to £33,000

Your new company
Your new company is a large private sector organisation based in Manchester City Centre, who due to substantial growth are seeking an Onboarding Manager to work within the Apprentice Service Team.

Your new role
Your new role is an Onboarding Manager role, which will have a number of different duties. This role is full time, Monday to Friday. Please see below an overview of the role:

* Working closely with key internal departments and externally with the client and apprentices to manage the successful smooth running of the apprenticeship onboarding process
* Ensure all service delivery elements are met
* Management of a Team Leader who is responsible for a team of 5 executives
* Responsible for ensuring all procedures and processes involved in Onboarding and funding Administration are compliant against funding rules to ensure they remain effective and efficient
* Working with compliance on internal audits to ensure all processes are compliant
* Change management
* Redesigning processes due to growth or decline in volume of workload to ensure operational efficiency
* Ad-hoc duties as and when required

This list is not extensive and other duties and responsibilities may be involved within the role.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need experience working within a similar role with an understanding of the onboarding process and will understand the importance and impact of compliance. You will have the ability to manage complex service activity and have experience and management or supervisory level. You will have the ability to analyse data and communicate key information. You will have excellent planning and communication skills, plus experience of managing client and internal stakeholder relationships. You will have a proactive and professional attitude to work. Experience within the apprenticeship or training sector would be ideal. The successful candidate will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
