We need your help to do this…

We are recruiting for an Office & Finance Administrator to support the growth of the business. This is a new role with future developments as required for the business to take us from strength to strength.

What you will be doing?

+ Assisting with day to day running of office, including managing outgoing and incoming post
+ General filing of invoices and other maintenance of filing systems; photocopying and scanning as required
+ Organising travel arrangements including flights, rail tickets and hotels
+ Assisting with non-stock requisitions and raising of POs as required, including stationery and office supplies
+ Responsible for accurate credit card and petty cash payments throughout the business
+ Assisting Purchase Ledger department with PO management
+ Processing, reviewing and coding of staff expenses and mileage
+ Process and reconcile employee credit card claims accurately and to agreed timescales
+ Continually review and provide input to the update and maintenance of the Company’s Employee Expenses Policy and Company Credit Card Policy Documents
+ Assist in the preparation of month end reconciliations for related employee expense and credit card control accounts accurately and to agreed timescales
+ Management of petty cash
+ Company car fleet management
+ Project support as required
+ Assisting HR with security access
+ General filing of invoices and other maintenance of filing systems

What are we looking for?

+ 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English
+ At least 1 years’ experience as an administrator doing a similar role, preferably in a commercial fast-paced environment
+ Working with MS office, especially Excel
+ Basic understanding of VAT
+ Sage 200 experience desirable
+ Quick learning with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent organisation and administration skills
+ Calm, confident manner, able to work effectively under pressure
+ Solution focused and flexible approach to problem solving
+ Ability to work as part of a team and to use their own initiative
+ Able to prioritise own workload and manage regular interruptions to remain productive
