Marketing Executive

Pertemps are currently looking for a Marketing Executive working near to Cirencester for a forward thinking Client who is looking for an additional member of staff who would like to join the team.

You will be responsible tothe General Manager and maintain working Relationships with the Sales Director, Sales Manager, Managing Director, Administrators and Warehouse team in order to grow the role.

We are looking for someone with the skills required to undertake the duties involved in this job description as demonstrated in a marketing environment – preferably this person will have a professional or degree level qualification in marketing or a related field. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and planning skills, creativity and writing skills, IT skills, and communication skills. The person will need to be an excellent team player and adaptable and have strong attention to detail.

Marking Executive Main Duties

- Lead the creation, development and promotion of marketing campaigns internally as well as externally
- Actively promote through social media channels
- Actively work with customers to promote the Company through their marketing efforts
- To help develop and control brand guidelines and ensure all digital and printed matter is in line with the brand guidelines
- Consult and communicate with the sales team on marketing activities
- Take ownership of the marketing plan
- Identify and assess marketing opportunities.
- Communicate with team members to ensure marketing opportunities are grasped
- Monitor and evaluate marketing plans and campaigns
- Engage with bloggers and actively search for a team of ambassadors
- Design and create high quality newsletters and other promotional materials using appropriate software tools
- Take responsibility for organising and delivering tradeshows worldwide
- Liaise with developers to create best of class websites in line with sales strategy
- Contribute to the design of customer catalogues
- Promote best practice in customer service to maximise sales opportunities
- Take responsibility for toy safety in relation to customer needs
- To present the marketing strategy internally and externally and to persuade our partners to join our marketing efforts
- Undertake a range of sales and marketing administration including completion of new product forms, maintaining the customer database, updating and distributing images to customers, and administering the copy library
- Cover colleagues work as needed during absences and holidays
