International business specialising in unique business to business conference and exhibitions, is currently seeking a Sponsorship Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. Established 9 years ago the company have gone strength to strength with events across Europe and the USA, which is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wishing to include international travel in their next role.

Key Responsibilities:
• As Sponsorship Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities to corporate customers – both existing and prospective.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with exhibitors and sponsors throughout the year is also a key part of the role so you will be onsite during the conference period to manage relationships and ensure all contractual arrangements are met
• Responsible for generating interest and securing participation of non-paying delegates, which forms approx. 40% of the company’s events audience
• Responsible for helping new and existing clients to achieve their objectives and ensuring you provide the extremely high-quality experience that the company are renowned for
• Responsible for identifying prospects, generating interest and securing participation of industry delegates for a wide variety of conferences and events
• Analysing customer feedback, assessing their need and matching our bespoke solutions is also a key part of the role

About you
You will be a determined and organised professional who is focused on meeting deadlines and achieving set targets and KPIs. Previous experience within sales and business development is essential as the role is primarily telephone based. You will be a flexible team player who is happy to travel and is keen to progress their career.
