A global leader in the design and manufacture of hygienic process machinery and process lines for various industries, including food, dairy, pharmaceutical, brewing and chemical markets, our client offers unique opportunities for candidates looking to work within a multinational organisation with most positions offering the opportunity of worldwide travel.

My client are seeking a Compression Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the commercial refrigeration market.

THE CANDIDATE
Compression Sales Manager
Essential Requirements:
• Highly experienced with selling compressors into the food and beverage market
• Commercial and contractual experience
• Technical background, able to provide quotations and understand the engineering behind the designs

THE ROLE
Compression Sales Manager
Responsibilities include:
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, providing accurate and competitive pricing on all prospects
• Take ownership of market growth
• Set and monitor KPI’s and targets for performance management
• Support aftersales team activities
• Overseas travel
• Provide sales and market reports to Head of Sales
