As part of Norse’s ongoing development transformation an opportunity has arisen for a Technical Co-ordinator – Business Software Solutions to join the Norse Group ICT Team based in Norwich.

The Technical Coordinator will assist the ICT Programme Manager in providing the Applications Team with technical and project coordination support across the group whilst working closely alongside the Business Change & Development Team. This multifaceted role would ideally suit a candidate looking for diversification from a pure technical IT role.

You will have worked previously within a structured IT led environment with a process and solutions bias. You will have sound knowledge of supporting applications at a detailed and business deployment and implementation level.

You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to document and communicate requirements without ambiguity.

You will have the ability to understand, analyse and communicate clearly in different business environments maintaining key stakeholder relationships.

With excellent organisational skills, you will be capable of working across a number of teams delivering quality services within pre-determined timescale and allocated budgets.

Our successful candidate will have the ability to recognise opportunities to contribute to improved business processes and systems.

You will need
• Minimum Level HNC/HND in Computer Sciences or equivalent ICT qualification.
• Previous proven experience in a related role and environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of ICT Infrastructure based on Windows Tech within SME/Larger organisation
• Knowledge of systems integrations, understanding business dependence and interconnections and interoperability.
• Knowledge of software solutions/platforms.
