Salary £22,000 – £23,000 per annum

They are recruiting for an Engineering Coordinator to join the Business Services team as the key contact for all category 1 and 2 installations and any relevant maintenance tasks. You will provide an efficient service to all stakeholders, providing continuous customer liaison, liaising between sales, scheduling, and customers to ensure all jobs are completed in line with KPIs, and monitoring and reporting on all activities to ensure SLAs are met.

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will also be responsible for providing evidence of customer feedback, participating in meetings, and providing ad-hoc administrative support. You will arrange additional works required from reviewing the incoming engineer reports and call outs, and will respond to and escalate calls received on the emergency line.

Experience of working in a similar role with LPG knowledge is desirable, however, they are really looking for customer-focused individuals with strong analytical skills, who are well organised with the ability to meet conflicting deadlines. You will get involved with both service and process improvements, so it is essential you are a team player with the ability to build good working relationships with both customers and colleagues. Data input experience is also essential, as is strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
