Cleaning Service Support Manager
To cover the North Region (Carlisle to York)

Reporting directly into the Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will be a ‘hands-on’ support manager covering multiple sites to assist in service delivery whilst ensuring compliance and KPI adherence. The role holds excellent opportunity to progress within the region and develop yourself in a leadership/management role.

Role Responsibilities
You will ensure standards are exceeded, you must be fully flexible to react to the demands of the business, completing audits and ensuring compliance. Managing a team, you will possess strong management skills, able to train and develop staff.

Working with a great mix of clients you will develop excellent relationships reporting on all KPI’s and risk assessments to ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to whilst also covering your teams annual leave.

The Ideal Candidate
· Multi-site Management experience preferable
· Experience of working within a client facing environment.
· Fantastic people skills
· Strong understanding and experience of IT systems and MS office applications
· Full clean driving license.
· Passing of Enhanced DBS check and Drugs and Alcohol medical testing
· Be prepared to work unsociable hours
· Previous Management experience ideal
· Customer service champion
· Great at time management and balancing multiple streams of work in a pressurised environment
· Experience training and coaching teams
· Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
· Able to plan and prioritise workload when given additional regional projects to support
· High level of attention to detail
. Knowledge and experience of using a range of cleaning equipment
