International Security and Asset Management software Co are looking to expand their sales team in Burgess Hill.

With a successful and fun team already in place who have a great set of solutions that add real value to their clients business for security and content/ print management its a great opportunity to take over a number of key accounts and also room to bring in and/or develop your own

We are looking for a mix of top class client relationship management skills along with new business development and taking satisfaction and pride on growing great accounts based on great business development, and understanding clients needs and working out great solutions to help their business be more secure and manageable

Ideally we are looking for 3-10 years experience of successful sales and account management - ideally in software or hardware with a focus on Solution Selling.

Any background in Security software, print management, SME or Enterprise level sales advantage.

A team player is essential - working with internal teams as well as the teams client and channels / partners. It's about having fun and doing a great job.

Expect to work hard but it'll be fun and the rewards are pretty handsome with a generous package, car allowance, OTE and the earning potential is realistic and very achievable Cross vertical sales into various industry sectors (finance, healthcare, pharma, leisure, retail, transport, government etc) and also through partners so adaptability and flexibility are key here
