We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to join our Development team...
Reporting to the Tech Lead the DevOps Support Engineer will be responsible for all the company’s environments on AWS, Production, UAT and Development and will manage the promotion of code between the environments. You will implement and manage the CI process to support development and will ensure the environment stays available to our customers.

Job responsibilities will include…
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, via the helpdesk software or via email
• Carry out in-depth investigation of problems and create root cause analysis
• Work collaboratively and across functions with partners, commercial and technical teams to identify opportunities to innovate and improve the product
• Work with development teams to enhance, document, establish process and improve the operability and security of our systems
• Manage the AWS environment in a cost-effective way
• Provides occasional out of hours support for major incidents requiring 2nd / 3rd level analysis

Apply if you have …
• Previous experience in a full transactional e-commerce environment
• Good communication and team working skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Preferred Certifications - AWS Certified Solutions Architect / AWS Certified DevOps
• Demonstrable experience in some of the following tools:- Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, GIT, Rabbit MQ, Ant, Maven, JBPM, NodeJs, Spring Boot
• Ability to code and script, with experience of frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
• Familiarity with large-scale databases and proficiency in SQL, MySQL & Redshift
