Assistant Finance Manager

The Role
• Prepare monthly Management Accounts
• Assist with cash management
• Speak with suppliers and clients on a daily basis
• Prepare information for Audits
• Take responsibility for Credit Control
• Maintain multi-currency Purchase and Sales Ledger
• Complete VAT returns
• Assist with the formulation of annual budgets
• Maintain existing and create new reports using various systems
• Raise and post journals to General Ledger

Required Experience / Quilifications
• Previous experience within a similar role
• AAT qualification or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A solutions focused attitude, you're a natural problem solver
• A proactive and self-starter approach to your work
• Experience in Sage line 50 is a must,
• Outstanding organisation skills
• An approachable and helpful attitude as a good team-player

The role involves assisting with the whole of the finance function whilst being involved in a number of new projects lined up for the near future. As this in an expanding business, you'll have the opportunity to develop within your finance career and mentor others as it grows.
