Estate Agency Branch Manager

Location: Based at our Harrow HA2 office, company car provided.
Salary: Basic up to £30k for the right applicant, OTE in excess of £50,000 and uncapped.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, sales ability and supervisory experience to join a great team and an expanding business. You will assume responsibility for leadership and on-site supervision of all office structures, personnel, generating new business and ensuring targets are communicated effectively and met.

Essentially the post holder would drive the business forward and motivate the team to ensure the branch is performing at the highest level possible, alongside generating new business and spotting income opportunities (including mortgage and solicitor referrals whenever possible).

Our ideal candidate

- You will have previous experience within a similar role, making significant contribution to the growth of an estate agency
- You will be an excellent sales negotiator, with a demonstrable sales record
- You must be highly driven, ambitious and have strong negotiation skills
- You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You must have good telephone skills
- Excellent attention to detail, you will be dealing with important documents, including contracts
- Ability to use own initiative and think outside the box to achieve objectives
- You will have excellent IT skills and be well organised.
- You will be well presented, professional, punctual and polite
- You must have a full driving licence
- Marketing experience is an advantage
