Family Nurse Supervisor (1 post)

Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Permanent
Band 8A, £40,833 - £49,000 per annum

We are delighted to be part of FNP, in line with the Scottish Government Commitment to “roll out FNP in Scotland”. This post offers an opportunity to be part of NHS Forth Valley’s expansion of the FNP service as we introduce a second FNP team. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with pregnant teenage first time mothers and their children over a 2 year period delivering a licensed home visiting programme, in addition to managing a team of family nurses (maximum of 8 nurses)

Any applicants must have experience of working with children and young people in a community setting and bring experience in supervision skills. An extensive national training programme is provided for supervisors and for those new to FNP in addition to local induction.
Key to the success will be the drive and enthusiasm to work with young families and support practitioners working within this field.

Interview dates will be on Monday 28th May 2018. Interviews will consist of meetings with both service users and FNP interview panel which will both take place at Clackmannanshire Community Health Care Centre, Hallpark, Sauchie, FK10 3JQ.
