A global leader in Cyber Security are keen to appoint a Summit Co-Ordinator to join their team in with international travel to Europe and the US.
The company provides hands on specialist training in technical IT security and is delivered by World class instructors, practitioners and Global experts.
As part of their diverse product offering they also run a series of Global training events and industry leading summits, with many of the summits being aligned to GIAC.
Due to international growth a brand new opportunity has arisen to join the Summits business unit to continue developing the business.
They are currently seeking a skilled Summit Co-ordinator to work closely with the Head of Summits to co-ordinate all areas of their Summits Business Unit. Whilst initially shadowing the Head of Summits during your on-boarding process, the role will progress over time to take on key responsibilities.
The role will involve full support to Summits in working with all EMEA areas of the business including Marketing and Sales.
Key duties will be:
- Venue sourcing and allocation,
- Delivering financial reports and analysis,
- Speakers’ collaboration,
- Vendor and attendee recruitment and acquisition,
- Event management,
- Customer service and travelling to all Summits and CISO events across EMEA.
Working initially from home the role will also require face to face meetings in London to meet key clients ensuring successful partnership in successfully executing our Summits.
We are ideally looking for a skilled candidate that has experience in a similar field and has proven success in executing and selling outstanding Summits.
Candidate with experience in the Security sector would be an advantage however candidates without this experience are encouraged to apply.
