A global international Technology and Electronics company, based in prestigious central London offices, is looking for an experienced Change Management and Process Improvement specialist with strong ERP business process improvement experience to work as part of its expansive Shared Service centre (SSC) project.

Our client is looking for a highly numerate Change Management and Process Improvement specialist, ideally someone with knowledge of Oracle Financials, however experience of another major ERP system will also be considered. Experience of process improvement using Six Sigma or Prince 2 methodologies is essential and any additional ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification will be beneficial.

As part of the SSC implementation project, our client has identified the requirement for a Change Management and Process Improvement specialist to work on its Oracle Financials systems, ensuring that all leasing accounting reconciliations are accurately completed. You will also be assessing the current accounting reconciliation process and identifying and implementing system improvements on Oracle to ensure effective ongoing accounting reconciliations - a strong knowledge of reconciliation accounting and ERP processes will be essential to success in this role, knowledge of leasing accounting and leasing reconciliations experience would also be highly desired.

This role will suit a detail-orientated, inquisitive and pro-active Change Management and Process Improvement specialist who will actively challenge the current processes to ensure accurate accounting reconciliations. Strong communication skills and ambition will also play a major part of this role as you will be liaising with stakeholders across Europe, as well as playing an instrumental part in the ongoing SSC development and Reconciliations excellence programme.
