In March 2011, they expanded their services by launching a financial division in the UK, a simple and secure MasterCard® prepaid card, offering highly competitive exchange rates for customers wishing to send money abroad.

This is a paid graduate job. Salary: £18,000 plus 10% bonus structute.

How you can expect to spend your day:

To coordinate with the sales team in managing customer accounts, process orders as well as assisting in general sales/admin duties. This will include liaising with all members of the company for reporting and helping the sales team to increase sales.

Key responsibilities:

Ethnic Retail Sales Team (Regional)
•Receiving, validating and filing all Ethnic Retail Sales Related paperwork (retailer contracts, supporting documents etc.) accurately and regularly.
•Working with Data Analyst in ensuring all reporting required by regional managers are prepared and sent out on a timely basis.
•Support Business Development Executives (BDEs) by providing their available credit limit information, customer-wise activation reports on a daily basis.
•Support BDEs with raising necessary tickets where issues are raised by BDEs on the performance of SFA devices.
•Coordinate necessary audits to be carried out for the purpose of payment of commission to customers with the support of Regional Sales Manager and Sales Performance Manager
•Support Regional Sales Manager and Sales Performance Manager in ensuring commissions for region’s retailers are complete and accurate.
•Review and resolve temporary accounts created by BDEs on a timely and accurate basis.
•Organise and coordinate month-end BDE stock take (to coincide with regional sales meeting).
•Monitor and report under and over banking by BDEs on a daily basis and resolve exceptions on a timely basis with the support of Finance and Sales Performance Manager.

Ethnic Retail Promotions Team (Regional)
•Supporting Promotions Manager in creation of purchase requisitions for promotional events and other expenditure and liaising with event vendors in terms of Purchase Order status and payments.
•Liaising with Senior Promotions Coordinator (London) maintaining location-wise promotion expenditure budget tracker.
•Working closely with Promotions Manager and liaising with Data Analyst, ensuring necessary reports are in place and produced on a timely basis to meet expectations of Promotions Manager.
•Support Promotions Manager in stock control and setting up banking journals in accounting systems for Finance review/posting.
•Support Promotions Manager in ensuring data for calculating Agency Promoter commission is received timely, calculated and communicated.

Merchandising Team (Regional)
•Support Merchandising Manager to collate merchandising stock details on a weekly basis and provide to Senior Merchandising Coordinator (London).
•Actively supporting the Sales team with various ad-hoc duties (reports, approvals etc.) in order facilitate Core Sales Activities on need basis.

Key candidate requirements include:

•Proficient at MS Word and Excel.
•Clear communication skills both on the telephone and through letter writing with customers and staff.
•Excellent time management and organisational skills.
