Technical Account Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Account Manager to join my clients team in Medway.
The role of Technical Account Manager will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients and offering them technical support and advice.
Other responsibilities include:
- Managing key accounts
- Monitoring client accounts and suggestion alternative products
- Working closely with 1st and 2nd line support to remedy clients issues
- Up selling and cross selling to maximise sales
- Identify areas of growth
- Be first point of contact for all client enquiries
We are looking for candidates with an Account Management/Sales background who are comfortable discussing technical issues with customers and be able to confidently resolve issues. You will need to be pro-active with ability to build relationships with clients of varying levels.
You will ideally be able to demonstrate a good background of maximising sales opportunities within existing accounts.
If you come from an IT support/helpdesk background that would be a huge benefit as would good working knowledge of Excel and Google sheets.
