Our client based in Basildon are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to work within an SME business and gain exposure internationally.
Your new role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the following duties will apply;
Update company Website
Responsible for Social Media channels - Including twitter, Facebook and instagram
Update spreadsheets with correct product codes and listings
Create and update monthly promotions for new products or seasonal updates
Responsible for the execution of the customer journey - ensuring any customer complaints are responded too.
Processing sales orders
Posting invoices onto Sage
Creating and updating purchase orders
Updating sales team catalogue
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within a Marketing role is essential. Ideally experience using Adobe Reader & Indesign.
You will need to have a good attention to detail - Have the ability to write content for social media channels. Strong use of excel is required including pivot tables and V looks ups.
