Our client is the global social network for creative talent. This brand is the world's leading source of user-generated advertising, committed to the vision of real people and great brands working together. Our client launches and manages social crowdsourcing campaigns for leading brands powered by their international community of filmmakers, graphic designers, digital artists and interactive producers.

This is a paid internship based partly at home, partly in London. Salary: £1,000 per month.

How you can expect to spend your day:

The successful intern will develop and execute outreach strategies to recruit and retain filmmakers, graphic designers, musicians and other creative talent.

•You will identify and cultivate relationships with creative communities such as film schools and professional organizations.
•You will provide community support by engaging and responding to members, and take appropriate steps to ensure a positive experience for the community.
•You will write community facing market copy and campaign press releases.
•You will work with the global operations team to grow and manage blog and social media channels with relevant content and dialogue with fans/users/creatives.
•You will develop weekly reports that summarize activity in the community, provide meaningful analysis, and show progress against goals.

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

•BA/Bsc degree (if not then at 4 years of relevant work experience).
•A good working knowledge of social media outreach – Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.
•Ideally experience in community management, or technology-related account management/project management experience.
•Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker.
•Ability to work effectively cross functionally with a proven track record of driving results.
•Excellent English language written and oral communication skills. Additional European languages are an advantage.
•Filmmaking/editing or graphic design experience is an advantage.
