This appointment has terrific potential for career development within the firm and would be an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding of 5+ years PQE in a wide range of Clinical Negligence law fields. Experience of working on a heavily litigated caseload and providing a solid understanding of the litigation process is essential. The individual must have experience of dealing with complex cases such as Cerebral Palsy. The successful person will also will be managing and supervising a small team of staff.
