The role is ideal for those with SEN experience or TA?s who want to work as part of a successful multidisciplinary team and further their understanding of working with young people with disabilities. Initially the position is temporary; however the right candidate will have fantastic opportunities for long term work and the potential of a permanent position.

You will become part of a supportive team of people who aim towards the best possible educational experience for their students. The post will require one-to-one care of a nominated child.
You will be required to support their learning and development and work with a team of staff, including external agencies, in order to provide a thorough and worthwhile educational experience to the pupil. This will be a demanding role however it will be exceptionally rewarding.

The ideal candidate will be/ have:

-Experience of challenging behaviour
-Team Teach training or similar would be advantageous
-Positive and flexible approach
-Qualified to a minimum of NVQ3 level or equivalent
