Manager: 16 Therapeutic Supported Accommodation for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children
The Enthum Foundation, a registered UK charity is looking for a brilliant and experienced manager for it’s exciting, brand new project working with unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people (16+) in a therapeutic residential setting.
Enthum House’s mission is to create a safe, stable and sustainable home environment where the basic needs for regenerative sleep, balanced healthy nutrition and acquisition of life skills are met within a wholesome and responsive community committed to reciprocal learning and creative expression.
The home requires an exceptional individual with management experience in this kind of setting, a proven track record of working with local authorities and a history of successfully working with young people with complex and diverse needs, from a variety of backgrounds. We are looking for a motivated and committed person with vision who can take the initiative and work closely with the directors to create a dynamic and responsive service that is pushing forward new ideas and approaches and create a model which is replicable.
You will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care for Young People or equivalent.
The Enthum foundation offers 5.6 weeks’ annual leave per year, ongoing training opportunities and a 24-hour independent Employment Assistance Service.
