This role is to work on finance and Oracle Financials process improvement for the accounting reconciliations, as part of its expansive Shared Service centre (SSC) project.

Our client has identified the requirement for a Finance Business and Process Improvement Analyst to work on assessing and improving its Oracle Financials systems, especially concerning accounting reconciliations, ensuring that all leasing accounting reconciliations are accurately completed, as well as identifying and implementing system improvements on Oracle Financials to ensure effective ongoing accounting reconciliations. To be considered for this role you will be a highly numerate Finance Business and Process Analyst with experience of improving processes on Oracle Financials, however experience of another major ERP system (e.g. SAP) will also be considered. Experience of process improvement using Six Sigma or Prince 2 methodologies would be advantageous and an additional ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification will be beneficial.

This role will suit a detail-orientated, inquisitive and numerate Finance Business and Process Analyst with experience of improving the accounting, especially reconciliations, and Oracle Financials processes to ensure the ongoing accounting accuracy.
