This leading company provides institutional, high net worth and retail customers with multi asset and multi market derivative dealing capability through CFD’s and Spread Betting products.
This is a graduate job. Salary: £18,000.
Key responsibilities of the role:

This company is looking for an individual that can handle client queries by email and telephone, monitor internal departmental system and prompt colleagues to complete processes where necessary. When time permits, they will also be expected to make outbound calls to customers contacting new clients to see how they can help them further along with potential clients that have expressed an interest in their products.

Typical day-to-day activities will include:

•Resolving client trade queries over the phone, escalating to other departments as necessary.
•Handling payments in and out of, and transfer between, trading accounts applying necessary security and anti-money laundering checks.
•Troubleshooting clients’ IT issues in detail.
•Maintaining accurate and communicating, where requested, client information and records in a fully complaint fashion.
•Producing client statements.
•Administration of promotional offers.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

•The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have some work experience within an office environment; as a minimum gained either through an internship or during term time whilst studying.
•A degree is not essential but the candidate will have as a minimum good A-Level results.
•The candidate will be an articulate and confident communicator, unflappable under pressure with a good attention to detail.
•Most importantly they will be enthusiastic and willing to work hard.
•Additional European languages would be ideal.
