Client Support Executive - Top Digital Agency

A Client Support Executive is needed to join an award winning digital marketing agency with offices near London Bridge and The Shard. With a client base that includes the likes of Ralph Lauren, Zurich, Allianz, RSA, Vitality, Direct Line Group and Hiscox, this progressive digital marketing agency focuses on building effective, innovative and highly creative digital strategies and solutions from scratch.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Services the Client Support Executive will utilise their superb customer service skills to provide support and assistance to customers, as well as helping with on boarding activities for new clients. On a day-to-day basis expect to respond to queries via email and phone, write, edit and revise training manuals, provide technical assistance for questions and problems, diagnose problems and work with the development team to solve them and anything else necessary to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

To qualify... You could be a talented Client Support Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience within a customer service focused role, ideally in the tech industry;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Degree level 2:1 or above (or equivalent);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A good eye for design;
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems;
  • Ability to quickly learn a new product;
  • Experience working within a team.

Any experience with email and intranet products would be a bonus, as would any experience within an agency or experience of on-boarding new clients.
