Flight Centre's e-commerce team is seeking two Online Implementation Managers to join their growing team in our Head Office, New Malden (20 minutes from London's Waterloo). This is a varied, fast-paced role that will see you supporting our corporate travel brands, Corporate Traveller and FCm Travel Solutions. Both brands have been recognised internationally, FCm Travel Solutions as The World's Leading Travel Management Company and Corporate Traveller as the Business Travel Agency of the Year.

Within this role, you'll be responsible for the implementation of online booking tools and profile solutions for our corporate customers. These tools include:

  • Concur
  • AeTM
  • Evolvi
  • Conferma
  • Trainline
  • Cytric

Consequently, you'll have the opportunity to work across all areas of our business, liasing with account managers and corporate clients to gain a full understanding of their individual needs and develop original solutions to make their travel booking process smoother. This is a project-based role with the majority of implementations taking between 2-3 months to complete and usually consists of:

The initial implementation meeting, either onsite or offsite via web-ex and conference call

  • Internal and external meetings
  • Consultation with clients to help recommend solutions
  • Configuration of online booking tools
  • Initial user, location and specific required settings uploads
  • Handover of the client implementation to the client servicing team

As well as plenty of client interaction, you'll also collaborate with our teams from across the globe, sharing the latest technological developments and supporting projects across EMEA. The UK team currently consists of eight individuals, however, with big growth plans and our corporate businesses winning new accounts all the time, there's plenty of room for progression.

What We're Looking For

To achieve in this role, you'll have experience in a commercial or business environment, wtih proven skills in project management, leadership, multi-tasking and the ability to manager a structured implementation process for a variety of customers.

You will also need:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in Flight Centre or two years experience in Business Travel externally
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the GDS's and processes
  • Proven success in previous roles
