This fast-growing multinational company has over 300 customers across more than 22 industries. They provide a mix of software subscriptions and professional services.

This is a job requiring experience. Salary: £22,000.

Key responsibilities of the role:

The Marketing Coordinator will work in our client’s London office, and has the following responsibilities and expectations:
•Support field marketing manager in campaign execution across the marketing mix (e.g. Email, Content Syndication, Webinar, Events, 3rd Party Database Marketing, and PR, etc.)
•Support communications with and management of agencies and channel partners.
•Research on events, programmes and partners as part of the marketing planning process.
•Lead administration and campaign reporting – weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
•Coordinate logistics for UKI events / webinars and production for print materials.
•Maintaining marketing calendar and collateral & merchandise inventory.
•Process invoices and expense tracking.
•Proactively contribute ideas to drive greater campaign performance.
•Provide general marketing and administration support to the manager.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

•1-2 years of marketing and sales experience.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance.
•Ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
•Solid understanding of technology including databases, data integration, and data cleansing.
• and/or marketing automation systems knowledge a huge plus.
•Strong analytical and communication skills.
•Must be detail-orientated with exceptional organization and time management skills.
