Our client based in Guildford is currently looking for a Process Improvements Analyst to work with the QA Team. The Process Improvements Analyst will have experience of implementing process improvements, initiating change, implementing controls & governance and ideally have worked with statistical Tools.

The Process Improvements Analyst will be reviewing and establishing best practices, advice and guidance on System Development Standards and methods and will act as a service support to the project development teams.

The Process Improvements Analyst must have a strong statistical and analytical mindset and have experience of working within a full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment.

The key responsibilities of the QA Team cover:
• Process Improvement
• Process Compliance
• Metrics and Reporting
• Project/ Process Support

Process Improvement:

Review standards and practices for system development within IT.
Develop the system development process areas by working with the relevant IT areas and professions to facilitate improvements.
Coordinate the process for releasing process improvement changes into the documented system development lifecycle (ACDM).
Develop and make use of process and project performance statistics to determine areas of focus for process improvement.
Support the evolving QA team processes and procedures.
