Key skills and attributes for the position as Bid & Marketing Manager are as follows:
•5-7 of solid marketing experience.
•Digital marketing understanding essential.
•2-3 years of experience in the property sector.
•Work with all levels of management to effectively manage all customer facing media, contribute to strategy development and assist managing partners in international projects.
•Coordinate and create enticing marketing collateral - flyers, brochures, presentations, case studies ect, using InDesign and Photoshop. Manage and attend impressive events.
• Research, identify, produce and monitor award opportunities and exciting and engaging bid submissions; tenders, expressions of interest, interviews, PQQ and framework agreements.
•Experience as a Bid & Marketing Manager desirable.
•Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification desirable.
•Ambition and drive to progress.
