This is a full-time job opportunity. Starting salary: £18-20k depending on experience.

Key responsibilities of the role:

As an account manager your primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver display advertising campaigns, hitting client KPIs and endeavouring to provide the best possible service at all times. You’ll also be working with the sales team, helping to respond to briefs and winning new business.

Day-to-day you’ll create new campaigns, optimise performance and keep clients abreast of developments and ensure the smooth running of all activity and generating detailed reports on campaign success.

You will report directly to the Head of Agency Performance in the UK, but also build relationships with the wider VCM team including agency and direct sales persons. The Operations AM team is in its infancy within the business and you’ll be required to aid the development of best practice and champion the successes of the team.

•Campaign administration – Adherence to best practices, ensuring correct tracking on all platforms.
•Campaign management – Ensuring client’s KPIs are met. Generating concise reports to articulate this.
•Problem solving – Working on your own initiative, alongside clients and the wider operations team, to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
•Organic growth – Client management skills to ensure customer satisfaction, maximising ongoing revenues and repeat business. Working with the sales team to proactively pitch new oppportunities to agencies and brand marketers. Encouraging organic growth and rebooking of display advertising.
•Relationship management – Nurture agency relationships.
•Process management – Enhance existing processes to aide VCM Sales and Operations as a whole by understanding all business functions and maximizing efficiencies
•Communication – Working alongside the sales team, you’ll be responsible for keeping all parties abreast of campaign performance and opportunities.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

•You will be a native French speaker.
•Degree educated or equivalent is beneficial.
•Someone who’s well organised with excellent attention to detail.
•A numerate individual with an analytical mindset and an aptitude for problem solving.
•Ideally they’ll have a strong entrepreneurial sense.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills.
•You should have a minimum of one year’s ad operations experience managing CPC, CPM and CPA campaigns.
•A real interest in the online advertising eco-system including: RTB, 3rd party data, content verification, video and rich media.
