Prestigious ultra high end fit out and refurbishment business seeks an experienced and autonomous Site Manager.

This is a well established brand with a stellar reputation that’s renowned within its niche. This is a permanent position and there are real opportunities for career progression within this expanding company.

The Role as Site Manager:
•Full autonomous project and site management.
•Adherence and command of Health and Safety standards.
•Working with the Site Team to manager various projects to the absolute premium of standards.
•Ensuring the projects are maximising profit, completed within the budget limitations and programme constraints.
•Maintain and monitor the projects and report on the project programme to the Project Director.
•Immediate submission of EOT requests in conjunction with QS Project Director. Responsible for the Relevant Events Diary.
•Review daily on site progress against the project programme, manage Site Team to reflect programme.
•Production of weekly & fortnightly Subcontractor progress reports.
•Attend all site meetings with Project & Design team as Site Manager
•Chair all coordination meetings with Client’s artists & Tradesman and ensure they are coordinated into the main programme.
•Q&A Form submission.
•Assist QS in writing Daywork sheets for presentation to the CA.
•Ensure all deliveries are signed and checked for quality and quantity by Site Manager; ensure Site Secretary records these onto Materials Received sheets.
•Successful completion of a number of projects will result in promotion to Director level.

The Ideal Site Manager:
•7-10 years of Site Manager experience
•Formal training and background in high end site management
•A strong background in carpentry and cut & carve
•Someone who sees projects from beginning to end
•Someone with an engineering experience
•Strong experience with groundwork and basements
•Proven track record of autonomous Site Management
•Good technical skills in order to prepare project programmes
•Very strong construction knowledge including mechanical and electrical
•A flexible person who doesn't mind being on call
•Hands on leading from the front approach to management
•CITB and First Aid desirable

Full UK Driving Licence
Location: Within one hour’s commute of Chelsea
