This is a graduate job. Salary: £20,000.

This company is looking for an individual who will take responsibility for the day to day execution of our client’s marketing strategy and plan.

The overall marketing strategy is to position Venquis as market leader in business transformation by making ‘noise’ in this sector through:
  • Building relationships with candidates and making them part of our client's community
  • Building relationships with clients and ensuring they see the candidate network created

This will largely be delivered through our digital platforms (website and social media).

How you can expect to spend your day:

•Building relationships with target audiences (clients, candidates and employees) through marketing activity
•Communicating Venquis values and key messages in all marketing activity
•Ensuring roll out of brand identity across all marketing activity
•Managing the internal database
•Updating website content
•Updating social media content
•Ensuring ‘joined up thinking’ between social media and website
•Gathering data for newsletters, fact sheets, salary surveys for uploading onto website and social media
•Organising networking business transformation forums for clients and candidates
•Supporting consultants by producing sales collateral and powerpoint presentations
•Conducting social media, email and direct mail marketing campaigns
•Exploring online marketing opportunities
•PR – building a press database from scratch, applying for industry awards and distributing a quarterly newsletter
•Forming marketing partnerships with relevant professional bodies
•Internal communications including organising team building trips and events
•Client entertaining
•Promoting our client’s internally and externally

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
•This is an exciting, busy and very varied marketing role and would ideally suit someone with one to two years’ experience running marketing campaigns across all disciplines but particularly in digital marketing (website and social media).
•You are a motivated self-starter and able to show initiative.
•You have a hands-on approach, you are able to write copy and well-rehearsed in social media.
•You must be organised, methodical, creative and an excellent communicator.
•You are an influencer, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic.
