Permanent Finance Officer - Pontypool £22,000 - £25,000 Dependent on Experience

Your new company are a Not for Profit organisation based in the Pontypool area providing independent care services for people of all ages.
Your new role
Working in the finance team of five people and reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the overall day to day administration of the finance function within the organisation ensuring that all income and expenditure is recorded accurately. Maintain and develop financial recording systems. Receiving, recording and paying invoices and producing timely invoices for all services and work undertaken. You will also be responsible for recording expenses, time sheets and salary details of all employees ensuring the timely processing of monthly payroll, expenses, PAYE and pensions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least three years experience of working in a similar role with experience of processing Payroll using Sage. You will have a thorough understanding and experience of monthly reconciliations, petty cash accounts, payment of invoices and processing of payroll from start to finish.
What you'll get in return
Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37 hours) you will receive a salary in the region of £22,000 - £25,000 dependent upon experience. 33 days holidays (including bank holidays). Pension.
