Credit Control Manager The role: To manage and develop a team of Credit Controllers and Administration support staff ensuring efficient and effective credit control of customers and taking responsibility for sales ledger and supporting functions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Credit Control and Administration support Drive and motivate the team Budget control Maximise cash collection Team assessment and implement training as required Analysis of processes and procedures Manage related customer service issues Produce monthly reports for Board Liaise with major Account Managers Manage credit risk Manage related legal processes You will have the following skills: Excellent administration skills Strong people management skills PC literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) Ideally have knowledge of the "Hire Industry" If you can match the above criteria for this role please forward your CV in confidence with up-to-date contact details.
