The Role

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a large distribution company in Coventry.



The main responsibilities will be to assist the Accountant and (although not exhaustive) will include;
  • Daily processing of invoices
  • Daily filing of all invoices processed
  • Expenses
  • Managing daily queries received from vendors and internal departments
  • Resolving complex vendor queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supplier meetings
  • Liaise with Procurement
  • Liaise with Logistics
  • Provide support to business with ERP system issues
  • Capturing data for monthly KPI's




Your Profile
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous SAP (ERP and SRM) experience would be an advantage
  • Is able to work under pressure and deal with high volume processing
  • Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written




Salary & Benefits

£10.00 - £12.50 per hour + holiday
