Global CRM Manager - SugarCRM

A Global CRM Manager (SugarCRM) is needed to join a leading international law firm in London. Expect an all-encompassing role taking full ownership of their SugarCRM platform.

With 12 offices and more than 500 staff, this award-winning global firm works with an international client base which includes the world's top law firms, financial institutions, investment funds and private individuals. Due to continued success they are now seeking a Global CRM Manager (SugarCRM) with project, people and data management skills to ensure that their CRM system meets the evolving needs of the business.

Joining as the Global CRM Manager (SugarCRM) you will be responsible for the overall function of and reporting from the firm's CRM. On a day-to-day basis expect to monitor data integrity, coordinate CRM development projects, manage core CRM team workflows, coordinate fault reports and troubleshooting, manage external CRM developers and anything else necessary to ensure their global CRM runs as efficiently as possible.

To qualify. You should be a CRM Manager / Global CRM Manager / SugarCRM Administrator / CRM Administrator / CRM Project Manager / SugarCRM Manager / Client Relationships Manager / SugarCRM Consultant or similar that demonstrates:

  • You are an experienced, certified SugarCRM Administrator;
  • Excellent knowledge of the capabilities, features and uses of SugarCRM;
  • Excellent project and data management skills to oversee their global CRM;
  • Experience in a professional services ideally within a law firms;
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation;
  • Good people skills and the ability to provide approachable user support;
  • The ability to identify how the CRM contributes to a larger business development and client management strategy;
  • Self-motivation and a can do mind-set;
  • A team player attitude and great communication skills.
