What is the role? The role will involve responding to reactive service calls at our customers’ sites, ensuring a high level of customer service is always delivered. You will be required to complete preventative and routine maintenance, together with installations of a wide variety of the vending/coffee machines we supply. You will be based from home and provided with a company van and communication tools.
This role entails the following:
- Installing, servicing, and repairing Vending and Espresso equipment
- In-house and manufacturer training provided
- Company pension and quarterly bonus scheme available after relevant qualifying periods
- Fully expensed company van provided
- Company phone and tablet
- Excellent remuneration package with overtime and on-call allowance. To be discussed in detail with candidates dependent upon qualifications and experience
What experience is needed?
- You must be able to demonstrate a background in the repair, servicing and maintenance of coffee or vending equipment preferably within a field based environment
- Good electrical knowledge including 3 phase, plus an electrical based qualification is desirable
- Sound Mechanical knowledge and grounding is essential
- You need to be physically fit as you will be required to lift equipment
- As the position is field based, a clean UK Full Driving License is essential
