Your new role is with an established Lloyd's broker with offices in the city and Southend that specialises in providing binders, facilities and reinsurance solutions to brokers, insurers, MGA's and Lloyd's Cover holders globally.
Your new role
Your new job as a claims handler will involve you dealing with the complete 360 degree claims handling position working with insured's, underwriter's and other stakeholders in the claims process.
You will be responsible for processing and monitoring claims, and dealing with issues as they arise together with client enquiries. You will be broking claims to the Lloyd's market, reconciling paid claims to Bordeaux.
Update paper files and electronic files. Daily use of A & S systems. Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you must be CII qualified. Given the position within the company my client demands a responsible attitude and be able to provide the all-round claims support experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a requirement together with experience of using ECF, CLASS and Brokersure.
