A Credit Control Team Leader position has recently become available at a well-respected firm based in Manchester City Centre. Reporting directly in to the company's Head of Credit, you will be responsible for managing and running a team of credit controllers.

As a Credit Control Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day leadership responsibilities for the credit control team
  • Weekly KPI reporting
  • One to one meetings with the members of your team
  • Delivering monthly forecasts to the business, ensuring that these forecasts are realistic and attainable by the team
  • Drive robust collection of credit owned debt
  • Train, motivate and develop the credit control team
  • Monitor the team's performance on a regular basis, addressing issues where necessary

As a Credit Control Team Leader, you will have/be:

  • Prior experience managing a team of credit controllers
  • A proven positive track record within credit control
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage as well as lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly proficient with MS packages - especially Excel and PowerPoint
