Pure are working with a leading organisation based in South Essex who pride themselves on outstanding service delivery and as a result, have received many awards across the business. The company have a fantastic client base working with regional and national organisations across Education, Retail, Utilities and the Public Sector.

As a priority, we are hiring a Support Manager to play a key part in managing bespoke and off-the-shelf business applications across Desktop, Web and Mobile. You will be responsible for a team of Application Analysts (who are the first point of call for software issues), as well as controlling the release of critical business applications. The Support Manager will also manage a log of help desk requests and be involved in troubleshooting system issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic IT professional to join an innovative team, working in the most respected company within their field.

Key requirements:
- Previous experience managing bespoke software applications
- Database Structures, Web Services, APIS, SOA
- MS Windows architecture (Server 2008, Win 7)
- Proficiency with SQL Server and IIS
- Experience of Application Security would be beneficial
