A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Senior Manager, Global Business Management, GTRF, based in London.

Hours 35 per week/permanent.

Competitive salary offered.

The Global GTRF (Global Trade and Receivables Finance) Business Management organization is responsible for coordinating strategy execution and strategic planning; overseeing relevant activities such as performance management, implementation of key business initiatives and data analytics and managing key governance forums.

The role holder will have a broad remit covering aspects of business strategy, planning and design, implementation of GTRF’s key initiatives, and business performance management across the GTRF business. The role requires the ability to navigate through complex management hierarchy and global footprint, with challenging deliverables and timelines.

The role holder will be expected to understand the current economic trends and its impact on the Business and GTRF. They will need to be able to identify key levers to capitalise on opportunities or minimise downside exposure and will lead GTRF’s contribution to relevant investment frameworks, finalising the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage inputs to strategic reviews. The role holder will be involved in Strategic formulation and together with the Group Strategy and key stakeholders.  They will be responsible for the research on strategic topics for GTRF, leading the compilation of briefing materials for senior leaders within the GTRF, investigating market trends, creating presentations and assisting in the execution of the GTRF marketing and communications plans.

The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:

  • Experience in Business Management, COO Office or Strategy roles
  • Experience of financial modelling, strategy or business management
  • Recent customer facing experience will be a positive
  • Experience in solving business problems with data driven insights
  • Ability to deliver high quality reports, presentations and communications to Business Executives under strict deadlines
