Pre-Sales Consultant - Social CRM - London
An exciting early-stage SaaS based business who have seen rapid growth and success. Their Social CRM & Customer Engagement Platform is used by well-known Global Brands to help deliver great customer service through social channels. The product is being widely used in conjunction with Contact Centre platforms.
Having built a solid foundation with an established team in London, the business is now looking to hire their first UK Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to help clients connect with their customers across Multi-Channel Contact Centre Solutions and Social Channels:
- Understand and communicate custom Social CRM solutions at both a technical and business level to key business decision makers
- Provide industry expertise by guiding clients on an effective social media strategy and aligning the technology platform to this strategy
- Present customised software demonstrations in connection with the clients social media vision
- Develop and present custom demonstrations based on prospective client requirements
- Assist sales in development of proposals and RFI / RFP responses
- Experience managing or building Call Centre Solutions with an appreciation of the impact of Social Channels on this technology. Familiarity with Social Media Marketing / Social Collaboration / Social CRM platforms a bonus.
- Previous experience in a pre sales or sales engineer capacity OR working with SaaS-based applications in a customer-facing / professional services consulting role preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
