My client is the world leader in road construction. The railway division is one of Europe's leading providers of rail infrastructure services

In this role you will carrying out data inputting in addition to assisting the People Advisory Officers with payroll administration.

The post holder will be required to work flexibly 4 days a week, data inputting, validation and other ad hoc tasks.

Key Tasks
* Undertake accurate and timely inputting of payroll tasks against strict deadlines by:-
o Ensuring all labour costs for Colas Rail direct labour are input and allocated accurately in the Summit 5000 Finance system
o Ensure all labour costs for Colas Rail direct labour are input and allocated accurately in the Workbrain Payroll system
* Ensure that reimbursable expenses are input weekly in line with internal policy.

* Proven experience working in a high volume Service Centre function with a robust and enthusiastic personality.
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise work and achieve deadlines.
* Customer focused, team player with an ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and a high standard of computer literacy.
* Knowledge of the Summit 5000 accounting system and ATOS payroll system an advantage but not essential..
* Working knowledge of relevant HR and Pay related legislation/policies and advantage but not essential.
