Service Desk Analyst/ 1st - 2nd Line Support/ Infrastructure Engineer
A globally leading E-commerce organisation based in Northampton require a talented Service Desk Analyst/ 1st Line Support/ Infrastructure Engineer to join their helpdesk team. You will be required to provide technical support to all users across the business to ensure continuity of their IT Services.
- Provide 1st/2nd Level support to the UK Business.
- Operational IT Support
- IT Projects/ Adhoc IT Programmes
- Prior experience provising 1st2nd level support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 2003/2008 server and XP/7 Destop.
- An understanding of network principles.
- Microsoft Certifications desirable.
- Experience working in a retail/e-commerce environment would be beneficial.T
