SAP Support Analyst
Windsor (with some travel)

The SAP Support Analyst will work closely with the Enterprise Systems Manager and the Shared Service Team, as well as Administrative and IT staff across the globe. Key responsibilities include the maintenance, support and administration of the SAP System, as well as a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve the related system.
The role will engage closely with the Shared Services Finance team providing SAP support and will require in-depth knowledge of core SAP FICO modules such as GL, AP, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting and COPA as well as some knowledge of Procurement. In addition, the individual will be required to assist with the management and support of the core interfaces between the various systems. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems in corporate Finance Applications and ensure alignment of solutions to the business strategy.

The SAP Support Analyst will report to the Enterprise Systems Manager.

Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
The SAP Support Analyst forms a vital part of the Enterprise Systems Team; which provides various systems support initiatives across the group including administration, enhancement, documentation and integration of systems along with the continued support of end users through troubleshooting, training and guidance. Specifically, this role is responsible for:
* Advice and guidance - SFIA TECH Level 4

* Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls within SAP, especially the core modules of GL, AP, CCA and COPA as well as knowledge of the Procurement process and Materials Management. Ideally has hands-on experience with S/4 Hana and Fiori Apps.
* Provides SAP training and guidance to other Enterprise Systems team members

* Business Change Management REQM Level 3

* Uses established techniques as directed to identify current problems and elicit, specify and document business functional, data and non-functional requirements for subject areas with clearly defined boundaries. Manages more complex requirements activities and establishing agreed baselines for change and managing the assessment as well as assessment and application of requested changes to those requirements.

* Systems Development TEST Level 3

* Reviews requirements and specification, and defines test conditions. Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes. Reports test activities and results. Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with own work.
* Co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing

* Service Operation ASUP Level 3

* Identifies and resolves issues within SAP, following agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.
* Documentation of any new business processes affecting SAP
* Delivery of training to business users as required

* Stakeholder Management CSMG Level 3

* Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for SAP support. Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution. Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate.
* Contributes to the creation of support documentation.

* Delivery and Operation CHMG Level 3

* Develops, documents and implements changes based on requests for change. Applies change control procedures.
