Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Bournemouth - Temp - £8.24 p/h

Our client, a well-known company based in Poole, are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Your main duties will include:

  • To be the first point of contact for customers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to ensure they are retained and acquired
  • General administration duties
  • The scope of the role is a nationwide customer and wholesaler base, across all retail service functions including; billing, correspondence, complaints and multiple contact methods
  • Customer and client liaison via telephone and email

Experienced required:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven administration experience
  • Organised - Self motivated
  • Able to work in a busy and vibrant team
  • Ability to work well under pressure

The working hours are 38.5 hours per week and this is a long term temporary role with a view to going permanent.
