Job Description

IT Help desk Team Lead needed for one of the most important Managed Service Providers in London.
For our client, we are looking for a help desk professional with experience in managed service providers to provide guidance to the IT team.

Our client is one of the biggest MSP in London and offers a sociable and energetic environment to work within and many possibilities to grow and increase your visibility within the company an don the market. They are looking for a very sociable team player who wants to come on board and take on a new challenge, someone who would like to take also his own initiative to support the team.

Requirements for the role:

  • 3 years experience in managed service provider (MSP)
  • Practical experience in the basics of networking - WLAN's, VLAN's, DHCP, ARP and the setup of Routers/Firewalls, Switches and WAP's
  • Email platforms support such as Exchange servers, Gmail and Office 365
  • Easy to commute to Central London
  • Eligible to work within the UK
