Technology Bid / Pre-Sales Lead - Birmingham
Technology / IT focused Bid or Pre-sales lead is sought to help work proactively with Bid teams to ensure existing and new clients are fully aware of the technology offering my client can offer to ensure they are getting best possible ROI and value from the service from a IT / technology perspective.
The role will be reporting into the IT architecture team and this is because they will be helping architect / build the service that you will be offering to customers and ensuring fully secure and scalable. You will need to have previous experience working within a Technology focused Bid / Technical Pre-sales capacity and be comfortable in a customer facing role presenting and proposing client's use new technology to benefit their business such as; the flexibility and scalability of Cloud technology, the benefits of reporting and analytics and Mobile applications / IOT. So all pretty hot stuff which would certainly benefit customers and may not be fully aware of the powerful benefit of using them properly.
You will also be involved in the following;
- Aligning IT strategy to business bids / proposals
- Help create business proposals
- Respond to technical questions from clients, bid teams and sales
- Create and maintain a portfolio of bid collateral related to technology - so not re-inventing the wheel each time
- Must have previous Bid and technical experience to pull the components together!
Salary is c£55,000 + excellent benefits including 5% pension, 25 days holiday, free parking and a challenging but rewarding role! Please send CV
